I’d like nintendo to not have a single scrap to do with it.

I’d like nintendo to not have a single scrap to do with it.

mine as well. I had a gba sp that I used until the plastic showed under the paint from wear and the hinge no longer clicked.
loved that console.

the article lists a source. Game Watch. Translated from Japanese to English.
“Cumulative domestic sales of Nintendo’s game console “Nintendo Switch” series exceeded 33.34 million units. It exceeded the record for the Nintendo DS series of 32.99 million units, making it the best-selling game console in history in Japan.”
This is much easier if you read the article and check the sources yourself.
you’re fine, dude. no idea what the other person is talking about.

I had a woosh of excitement in my tummy until I read that. 😔 I really want to hope it won’t be jank and micro transaction-riddled, but I automatically assume it will be because they added mobile.
What possessed them to place a game that has “mixed” for all time score and “mostly negative” for most recent reviews in the platinum category? 🤨
Edit: I am foolish. it’s for sales of games. I kin reed wurds guud, maw! I swurr! 🤡

he sounds like a little jackwagon. but I am not sure if that’s the article vilifying him or if he really is that intolerable of person.

you’re a badass. thanks.

it’s been taken down, but I’ve just been giving out the file to anyone who wants it. it’s only 24mb so I suggest spreading it as far and wide as possible.
it’s really a hell of a lot of fun to play. and there are more improvements than just the widescreen world view.
edit: I have just been sending it to people on discord. I could pop it on google drive and DM it to any who ask if you’d like.

looks ok on mine. they have two different fsr options now and fsr2 is seriously so much better than 1.

I feel the opposite. I don’t understand how y’all can play without a controller. it feels too janky without it.

this I can’t understand. at all. if everyone is in camp, why can I not browse everyone’s inventory? it makes no sense.
how many times have I got an item that’s awesome for a character that’s not in my party, but I have no inventory so I have someone else pick it up.
unless you’re diligent and sending every single thing to camp, it’s a pain in the ass to swap gear around. I still use the goody-bag method for gear drops. but it’s not perfect and it can fail if you don’t do management every time you play.

what’s hilarious is when I took a break from Starfield and went back to play skyrim for a bit, it was amazing how quickly I stopped and went “Oh! I’m having fun.”
even skyrim which I’ve played to death still is fun to play.
I don’t know if this helps you any, but my main controller I use for my steam deck when it’s in docked mode is an old Xbox 360 controller and I have one of those USB cord adapters.
mine is not an original Xbox controller, but it does work with the little dongle you can get for them.

I’ve just updated and I’m fine. I’m not sure what broke your stuff but I can’t imagine it’s the update.

never heard of this. can you give a little more?

that’s not dumb at all, it’s a great use for it! I had planned to make mine strictly an emulation device (which it’s amazing for) until I realized how well it handled bigger titles. not perfectly by any stretch, but mostly smooth and playable.
I had never played any of the fallout games and I’ve had a blast with new Vegas and fallout 4. I’d owned them for years but just never got around to it.
if only I could stop playing bg3 for long enough to get through some more of my backlog…

I honestly reach for it more than my Xbox or switch. it’s easy to pick up and put down. easy to charge. and stuff runs fine on it.
It’s not for everybody, but I love my deck.

I feel like I was so hyped for the Starfield release, but playing it wasn’t as exciting as I thought.
BG3 released and I wasn’t expecting it. But I’ve had such a blast with it that I can’t stop playing.
I want to come back to Starfield later when they have had time to get mod support goin and whatnot. but for now, I have other titles to play to keep me happy.
oh I know. I just don’t want nintendo to get their paws on it again.
chrono trigger was a game developed by a fantastic supergroup of talented individuals. it’s still my favorite rpg all these years later because of that effort and skill.
just… please don’t put it on switch. please.
