I think they got in trouble with Nintendo™.

It is still possible to add it to your library as non-steam game.

Dolphin also works on the Steam™ Deck, which is great!

  Yeah they had included the wii crypto key in the codebase iirc https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2023/07/20/what-happened-to-dolphin-on-steam/
  
  I like EmuDeck for emulation on the steam deck
