Stormgate is a very StarCraft-y RTS made by a number of ex-StarCraft developers. We went hands-on with the Zerg-like Infernal Host faction in our exclusive new preview, written by Leana Hafer.

Microsoft might not be litigious about this right now as they work though the merger. They barely got it through the various nations as is.
