Good thinking. I haven’t tried it, but want to at some point.

Sick burn. That’s why I vowed to never play another Bethesda game (on console) until it’s been out for a while.
Yeah. I haven’t tried at a lower level yet, but the 300+ character in using is pretty glass cannon-y. It’s fun, but you just have to dodge everything.
I’ll be trying a lower level for the next playthrough.
How I did it may not be the best. But damn, did I feel accomplished afterwards.
I went into DS1 without any background. I only looked up things when I was 100 % stuck (I played with the broken short sword for far too long). I definitely used some summons (mainly the NPC ones), but you could also choose not to.
Beating O&S the first time after a week or so of trying was one of the best feelings ever (don’t want to spoil anything hence the vagueness).
Elden Ring is definitely more beginner-friendly, but the sheer mechanics you can learn in DS1 will help in all soulsbourne games (maybe not Sekiro).
I have not played Demon souls, so maybe that’s a better jumping off point?
Huh, good to know. I will keep that in mind when I retry it. Although, realistically, probably won’t be after the Elden Ring DLC haha.
I’m not there yet. I want to be, it seems like a really cool game. Gotta give it another try I guess.
I’ve played Ds1-3 and Elden Ring for far too many hours, and beat them all many times. Not one to really parry, so that’s probably why I’m having a hard time.
I’m sure there’s some videos out there that could help? I haven’t looked yet, but will try that before giving Sekiro another go.
Playable Teaser in this case.
Done.
Midir was definitely slightly too hard. Still have yet to beat it alone. Friede was really annoying, but really rewarding at the same time. Overall great fight.
Hmm never played a breaker game, not as much as a real robot type game as I’d like. Looking at this though, especially the amphibious stuff, could be good. Anyone have experience with the previous breaker games?
I’ve only ever played GBO2 for Gundam games (gatcha sucks, but it’s easily playable without spending money).
BB’s does as well. Definitely worth a play (even without the DLC).
I’ve played the 3 dark souls (too much) and bloodborne. My opinion is that all of the DLCs added a lot to the game. Also a lot more difficulty, which I’m looking forward to in Elden Ring. I want a Midir-tier boss for Elden Ring. Although that is a DS3 spoiler (if you look into it), so don’t look it up if you want to remain untarnished.
The new FIFA.

I did enjoy The call of Cthulhu though. Not really scary, but I’m a Lovecraft fan (minus the racism/Xenophobia).
Woke up on the wrong side of the bed I guess.
