Mostly been playing OW2, the new role buffs are interesting but it sucks that no skins can be earned from the Transformers promo, they have to be bought.
Im almost done with Lego Marvel Super Heroes, and I couldnt agree more. The story is ending way to fast vs how much ive been able to unlock. The stories are decent, love they got some high profile VAs like Coulson, andhe puzzles are decently challenging.
Also have Lego Worlds, and its like a fast paced Minecraft, decent world building capabilities.
Just to be clear, I wasnt advocating for escapism. Merely, video games are the obvious answer to “where can I exist for free/cheap?”
Its not just teenagers, me and my friends long for free, open places to exist. Everything has been monetized, everything requires a transaction. And that was ok for a while, but now hardly anyone can afford those places.
Video game worlds are vast and open.
It is not just Ikea that is using Roblox to expand its reach. Netflix is also coming to Roblox, with the streaming giant recently revealing its “digital theme park” on the gaming platform, known as Nextworld. This will essentially acts as a hub where players can access areas, characters and games based on Netflix properties, such as Stranger Things and One Piece.
Seems like a way to get branding imprinted on young people. Plus IKEA is a budget brand, so makes sense to target future college dorm folks.
Anyone with actual knowledge of the law care to chime in? The people in the article used words like “should” a lot, but im interested in what the law actually says
Giant douche vs Turd sandwich then
Roblox said the exact opposite
What a giant douchebag
The gift card racket for FN, Blizz, Roblox, etc is NUTSO! They dont even need CCs when they ask for only one thing each holiday.
But yea, fair point on the age restrictions. Somethings gotta give though.
You’ve got a controversial stance, but I agree with you along the lines of personal responsibility with sensible regulation.
IMO any game with these casino mechanics need to be labeled as gambling and age limit to 16+ or so.
Then pretty much every company is failing rn
GameStop is profitable tho
Fuck Konami, go back to pachinko machines
Says 2 free packs a day, but thats proably while its mining all your data and killing your battery.
I am interested only because of the quick battle system, but I know its prolly fucked on the cost to actually compete.
As usual, big corps get finger wagged while avg citizens get life in jail for pot.
Taking a stake is different than buying it out. To me this is Disney trying to get better deals for their characters/properties to be in FN, while also raking profits on both ends.
