Honestly when I tried this a while back it just made me miss a CRT monitor even more. It might be nostalgic for some people, but for me it’s a lot of the bad parts of a CRT but running on an LCD so it also has the good parts of neither.

I assume this relies on recompiling the generated code to compare against the original binary? I wonder how much more efficient this would be if compilers would just produce the same damn binary given the same source code and settings. Honestly blows my mind how people just accept a compiler of all things not being completely deterministic as normal and how reproducible builds of the same source code are considered the holy grail of compilation and not something that should be a given.

I think if this gets added it should clearly mark which comment is for which community, or put them as separate blocks of comments entirely. Otherwise it could get confusing when different communities have different contexts.

There’s literally no reason to buy a game until the minute before you’re going to play it. It’s not like digital copies sell out or takes time to ship. Add games you want to play to our wishlist and buy them when you’re actually ready to play them.

the PDF file format supports Javascript with its own separate standard library. Modern browsers (Chromium, Firefox) implement this as part of their PDF engines.
