I’ve only ever used walls, honestly, just a palisade a decent distance off from anything I like, with places to arch from.

Do you include walls in “moats”?

If I read the article correctly, instead of the protagonist character having a voice actor, they want to take a bunch of voice samples of you and then use that to generate their dialogue.

I wouldn’t be surprised, in the slightest, to learn that agreeing to play this game, gives them full rights to the voice generator they build from your samples, and they pick and choose from those instead of having any voice actors in future games.

Look, I’m going to skip over issues of voice actors, quality, etc, and go directly to:

Your voice doesn’t sound to you like it sounds to other people. Almost everyone hates playback of their voice. This is a great way to get people to haaaaaate playing your game.

Oh, I’m sure they will. That is not, in the slightest, the same as caring about said implications in ways that mean that the species won’t get murked, though.

And yet here you are spending far more effort on this mod, these posts… seems more like you want an excuse to interact with the “mental illness” without having to feel bad about yourself for wanting to.

It’s okay to be different from most people. You aren’t a bad person for wanting to walk a different road. You are doing bad things if the fear of those desires causes you to attack other people for walking their paths. I hope you’re able to find peace and accept yourself, one day.

Yeah but that’s the thing, you didn’t have to. Literally all you had to do was make your character, without hitting the button to change pronouns. You’re making yourself mad about extra steps you didn’t have to take. You could have just lived your life without getting angry about something you didn’t need to interact with.

Yup. They absolutely shouldn’t pay, for decision theoretic reasons, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be interesting fireworks to watch.
