FF8 never got a Remake. It got a Remaster.

Maybe they should release FF7 on Xbox

Namecheap domains include a dynamic DNS application for free and it works well. Be aware that it only runs on Windows.
I used Humble Bundle many times years ago when it was an actual charity. In the past few years I used them once and my game code didn’t work, and they told me to pound dirt. Fuck Humble Bundle.
Which competitor?
I’ve been using AKG Q701s for well over a decade. They’re hard to drive, but extremely comfortable and the sound quality far surpasses anything under $500. I like that they’re open-ear and breathable - I forget that I have them on. I’ve gotten to the point of buying several backup sets on Ebay any time a good deal pops up, just to make sure I’ll be able to use this same model for the rest of my life in case something happens.
The Q701 model is technically no longer produced, but K702 is identical other than the headband style. They retail around $150.
Shadowrun would be amazing
I’m in the same boat. Steam Deck has been a game changer for me and I’m finally working through my library. It’s great to be able to play on the couch with my SO instead of setting aside dedicated game time on the PC.
Absolutely, if you’re into mystery games. The concept is unique and the game is short enough that the gimmicks don’t grow old. There’s also a VR version if you’re into that, although it’s not exactly the same.
I have to wonder what percentage of folks are using handheld gaming PCs like the Steam Deck or ROG Ally. Personally I’ve found that I game much more now that I have a Steam Deck and can mindlessly play stuff like Dave the Diver while relaxing on the couch with my SO, versus setting aside specific “gaming time” to be at my desk.
11 years? Damn, time flies. I waited in line for the 1.0 release and took a week off of work to play it. I really need to give XIV another shot once I’m done with XI.
HorizonXI is free and immensely popular if anyone wants a good look at what old-school MMOs used to be. It requires cooperation and teamwork at every step, and the community is wonderful.
I would absolutely buy one of these and I’ve been wishing for something like this for years. I do most of my gaming on Xbox these days, and it would be great to be able to play in bed. I don’t even care if it runs Windows or just an Xbox OS.
I do have a Steam Deck, but some games are too much effort to setup and troubleshoot. I want to hit one button and have a guarantee that the game will work, like the Switch.
Maybe by the 10 year anniversary edition.
The OLED model has a special Bluetooth module that can wake the system from standby. This causes excessive power drain. You can try disabling Bluetooth if you’re not using any Bluetooth accessories.
I am thoroughly whelmed
I don’t think Xbox Series has exclusives. All of their stuff is on PC afaik.
I’ve never played League or any of those, but I love a good tower defense. Looking forward to checking this out.
I mean, yeah. The FF7 Remake is completely different in every aspect. I’m feeling doubtful that we’ll ever get it on Xbox.
