The other stupid part is that these companies are training their developers to create AAA games, and then firing them. They take this knowledge elsewhere and the investment is lost.

I’ll believe a PC game can be actually lost when it is, and I don’t mean online services ending. The game industry would need to figure out how to get rid of piracy entirely but as it stands I can find a copy of this game on archive.

I’m skeptical the fear can be re-induced once you’ve gone through the first game. Its really hard to judge. I’d be interested in hearing about someone who played sub zero first and then the first game.

Hard disagree. If you have a non hall effect controller long enough it will degrade. Its a frustrating issue even if you know how to repair it. At this point I just don’t buy those types of controllers anymore since there are other options often with better prices. I’m not as familiar with the joycon third party market though.

I think metal gear solid 5 is an example of GTA style game but you can actually complete missions in multiple different ways.

If someone’s part of the “public” then its provided to them for 0$, thats the deal. If they are an adult in that area they might pay for it in taxes, but most places won’t limit access to local taxpayers. There is nothing underhanded happening there. Its provided for a group of people and those people use it within the guidelines setup for them.
