Three big reasons imo

1. No iconic characters. Every character I remember looked kinda ugly or sidekick’ish at best.
2. Charging for a game archtype others are giving away for free.
3. Nothing new done in that archtype.

Imagine paying for the privilege of hearing unemployed dudes and 12 year olds call you racial slurs in higher quality.

If 75,000 people that could do a class action suit all go to arbitration though, the benefit is lost. Lawyers threatened that. 3 grand a arbitration case x 75,000 people == 225 million dollars on fees alone.
