Try Melodic Death Metal, Dark Tranquility for example I can recommend “Focus Shift” and “Atoma”

There are mods for other games (might be for BG3 but I haven’t had time to dig into modding yet) that replace white characters with those of other races, why aren’t those controversial? Also it’s a single player game.
