If you slot Molt Reconstruct onto Garuda, she can feedback loop for infinite health and infinite energy as you use abilities.

Usually it’s just a legal ass-covering, but in this case, the project most likely depends on F4SE and the address library, which injects stuff at specific places in memory. Theoretically a cracked exe could work, but given something is likely changed from the original, all memory pointer addresses those two previous tools hook into and or override could be wrong. It’s less of a piracy thing, and more of a “We don’t want to troubleshoot things that may require us to do illegal things”. Besides, the issue would have to be fixed in the original libraries, not the mod.
FemShep was in game sculpted until the third game, which is why it looks weird and changes so much from game to game. BroShep on the other hand was a 3d scan of Mark Vanderloo I believe.
Garuda is lovely in theory, with all the cool following features: infinite health, infinite energy, forced slash on any weapon, easy infinitely scaling damage, can fly using an ability loop, tonnes of iframes, one of the best (imo) melee weapons in the game.
I’d probably main her if not for how she actually is when you play her. Her pseudo-excalted claws take up far too much screen space, and can’t be used on melee sorties. Also you can’t change their skin, so tennogen is hampered if you’re into that. Given so much of her kit is % scaling, she only needs a little strength, and massive range. Yet you’re still often finding yourself out of range, with no other option than to just die, or ignore her kit entirely. And whilst her 4 mostly works with the default cone targeting, the augment mod making it hit in a circle makes the ability actually feel good to press. Even if the range of the ability now feels very small.
Still, she’s probably still my favourite frame for actually “trying”. All her synergies can be combo’d infinitely, but leave little downtime. Alt tabbing to search up a song, reply to a message, or do anything else is a death sentence. Comparatively I could just play Valkyr for mostly the same melee experience, and have the safety of her 4 to brain afk the entire map.
This feels like something blown more out of proportion if you actually read Paradox’s reply, and of course trust it. (Reddit warning)
The highlight for me is that it seems more based on being able to add lines in the future, without having to drag the actor back into the studio for 1-3 new lines only (And that’s on the generous side for what gets added per DLC). Paradox claims the original voice artist gets a fair commission from the usage of their voice for new lines, which would be nice if it’s true.
Very cool! What did you build for? Raw strength?
Only semi-major change imo is the pet rework, scanning else comes naturally in missions. Even then, the pet rework is just that sentinels respawn, and all pet types get some cool new mods.
Later in the story, you can unlock weapons that transform, incarnons, and they are currently the meta. How much you wanna gun for them is up to you, as you can do everything without them.
As a user from a different instance, would you prefer we keep reporting, even if propagation of removing posts is slow, or that we report one/two and assume you’ll catch the spam from there?
Have any fun or good suggestions for other games? No need to be related to anything Warframe like.
Also, do people actually play frame fighter? I’ve only seen it in “Forgotten Features” talks.
You bring up a good point in the Galvanized mods, easy for us to get, but very hard for new players. Also with the IRL stuff, but I often feel that “Two weeks of focus and then interests shift”. But, could always just try code something in those two weeks :p
The eternal MR grind, yes. Slightly off topic to Warframe, but have any suggestions for other games? Doesn’t have to be anywhere related, I play a lot of stuff. (Or used to, before MMO’s stole my time :p)
I’m a bit scared of the general chats to be honest, as they got a really bad rep back on the other Warframe community social media thing.
As for the weapon idea, it may be fun, I’ve got both Aklex- and Akvasto Prime lying around, and they’re kinda hot garbage without having invested any significant amount of forma into them. Could probably be fun to make them handle non-sp missions.
Level cap is something I wanna do, but I guess it’s hard to find people with the lfg chat turned off. Could be I should turn it on again, or look in a discord.
And lastly, I do like the idea of collecting, but it seems kinda insurmountable, even though I have a lot of stuff. Funnily enough helped a friend of mine get every mod and every arcane like two weeks back, so I know it’s doable. Said friend does also sit on 60k plat though, so he’s got a slightly easier time than me :p
As someone who got adopted very early in my Warframe “career”, and still actively plays with the person, helping new people could be quite fun. Though it’s been so long that I don’t remember how I even ended up getting adopted.
God, Take-Two is probably the scummiest, dumbest, and greediest game publishing company around. I know that most companies of this type are appalling, like Activision/Blizzard, Ubisoft, or EA, but I feel that they’ve fallen to the point where it’s expected to be bad. Take-Two has been, in my opinion, just as shitty in forever, but the success of GTA and RDR2 makes them slip people’s minds completely.
Slightly cheesy way to lock it is to become invisible, hence why a lot of meme builds subsume the stealth arrow from Ivara.
I do agree though, especially before the live updates of the icon bonus %, and given how the “new” lighting engine isn’t always in agreement with what the ability thinks is light or dark.
Valkyr is one of my friend’s main frame, and it’s always fun to see him slide attack and rip line through the map faster than I can parkour. He’s MR8, and likely will stay that way forever, but don’t let that fool you if you ever see him. Content, no matter how easy or hard, all gets reduced to trying to keep up with that spinning top of death, who already completed the objective and is at extraction before the last guy made it out of the spawn room.
Semi-joking about friends aside, Valkyr is an awesome, yet often undervalued frame, and easily one of the strongest and most versatile frames.
Her passive is honestly one of my favourite quality of life things, and I’m happy we got a mod that replicates it, so I can do dumb stuff occasionally, and not be punished with a hard landing animation.
Rip Line trivialises rooms that otherwise requires more than a single bullet jump to get through. It feels almost as fast as Zephyr’s 1 at times, and to me is much more fun than going spoiler mode and void slinging past the parkour rooms I’m slow at.
Warcry takes any awful weapon and makes it workable, if not directly fun, with an argument for easy infinite duration. Honestly, there isn’t a singular weapon in the game where you’d go “You know, I feel like this is the perfect amount of speed, more would ruin it” (Except some throwables, but you don’t use them for the melee anyway).
Paralysis… At least you can put something useful there with helminth.
Hysteria is well… It’s meme(ing) strike from the days of old, but I honestly kinda liked that play style. Smack some corrosive on the claws, and they take out any steel path enemy comfortably. If you want to make it really dumb, slot Shattering Impact instead, and you’ve got a passive full armour strip that works on everything. The energy requirements can get a bit silly, but we’ve got a lot of ways to deal with that now.
And unlike the other murder mayhem frame, Garuda, you get to actually equip a melee weapon in addition to your perfectly balanced IPS claws. Something I’m very jealous of, as Garuda’s claws are neither a proper melee (in melee only sorties) nor an ability, so they sometimes just end up taking all your screen space when aiming.
And this came right after they banned el_xox, a vtuber, indefinitely for “nudity”, though the model they used was just zoomed in so you just couldn’t see below the shoulders, instead of actually being naked.
Seems they got unbanned though, but good on twitch to put their more out less already unwritten simp-streamer rules in writing.
One thing I wish there were more of are rifle skins. Most rifles look decent, but sometimes the material makes the rifle colours look all faded. Skins would be a nice way to have an emergency fix for those few rifles, without them all having to use the currently singular option :p
It’s just how things get over time, people will take out something others may consider fun, to instead boost performance. Really an inevitable optimization, as something like this could have been done by human testing and external logging, instead of an external tool to simulate attempts.
In regards specifically to Trackmania, the best solution to my mind is to split the leaderboard between analogue inputs and keyboard. I know that’s basically letting the program win, but it exists now, and unless they introduce random physics or performance, the door can’t really be shut.
In terms of speed running, this has also been done in other games, such as TAS runs or the AI they used in SMP64 to find new strats. I don’t really seeing it going away, even if it makes runs less bespoke and more like generic IKEA furniture.
