volt : the frame for slow players that cant bullet jump properly , still relevant because his shield buffs amps , ult that cant do anything unless you spoonfeed it , 2nd best electricity frame out of a total of 2

a quick look at the usage stats makes it clear , popular frames are the easy frames and usually one or two standouts from each archetype dominate and the rest stay niche

wisp got all the buffs , octavia goes invisible without becoming a turtle and has lots of damage , nekros is mindless looting , mesa is aim bot , saryn is piss easy nuke , volt for slowpokes that have yet to learn how to bulletjump properly , wukong was tanky and gave you a bot to make the game a cakewalk and is now replaced with revenant after the bot was kneecapped

with all the powercreep you can carry 3 super aoe weapons and slap your favorite flavor of buffs on any frame with helminth

frame page on wiki has the list of relics , each relic page has its drop locations with drop chance , each location page has full drop table with drop chances detailed

now a lot of status weapons will be crit viable

the elemental buff is veiwable over the weapon stat window when you click on it in the arsenal weapon selection , under the text description

the status chance of the weapon is not changed by the elemental buff

for anyone wondering how overguard on kullervo works , its just a uselessly small ironskin , the buff just took it from 5k to around 20k at 200% strength

because it already does slash procs , damage of slash procs is all that matters for that build and increasing slash damage does not increase slash proc damage , just the likelihood of applying a slash proc
