Agreed. FSR 3 really is amazing and I’d gladly use that to pull a few more years of playing my favorite games on 720p low.
Upscalers are great for portables I just hope it’s not used to excuse poor optimization.
That said I only play fps on my desktop, the steam deck opens up an entirely different class of games for me.

Steam does good by the customer. No one else does. Only when they are customer first will they make a dent in Steam sales.
That’s half the reason I don’t buy Ubisoft games. The other half is their launcher and DRM system.

Open game on the plane, in offline mode, get booted from game because you can’t log in.

If I have a 720p monitor, download lower res assets and a smaller game. If I have a 4k monitor, download all the pixels and consume 100gb.

Sadly I also primarily use a DualSense, specifically for the touchpad.

Do you use zfs? Something that I am unsure if is whether people are making ZFS backups to backblaze, or if they’re backing up files directly.
