Does this mean we can “opt out” of the families beta and just use the main client again?

Really? I remember enjoying it quite a bit. Felt like a very different kind of game.
Been years since I played it though.
Just FYI, there is still a FREE tier of VNC (now called Lite) that is for home use for up to 3 computers. So the only real change is going from 5 free to 3, which may work just fine for some.
You will need to “relicense” the 3 machines, but it’s pretty straightforward and you can even change the license while using the VNC connection itself.
I have an automation that keeps track of which kid’s turn it is to empty the dishwasher. Keeps track of when dishes are done with a power meter on the dishwasher itself.
Double tap on the light switch nearby announces whose turn it is on the kitchen speakers.
Single Zigbee remote button push to go to bed. Turns off the computers, sets all thermostats back to auto mode (in case they were set manually), arms the house alarm, turns off all interior lights other than in the bedroom, locks all the doors, and pauses all music devices in the house.
I just checked the client and looks like it rolled everyone who was in family beta back to “No beta chosen”. That’s actually what I meant with that question, and I wasn’t clear enough.
To originally get the new family sharing to work, I needed to select the family sharing beta build, but it automatically seems to have put me back on the “normal build” since this feature rolled out.
