Morrowind
Using OpenMW or vanilla engine? Any mods? I just ordered a Deck and Morrowind is at the top of my list of games to install.

Huh, Wasteland 3! Never got around to playing it after the buggy launch (?), how is it now?
Or is it just the storefront displaying the bundle but omitting one of the items (the game itself) since it’s not available in the region?
How come?
Heh, I like how the enemies are considerate enough to figure out and use the correct pronouns mid-battle
Hey, you! What are your pronouns? … Thanks, now eat lead!
bonus points when there’s no checkpoint before a boss fight so you have to redo 50 fights just to die again and repeat the process
DS1 I feel is decent with this (could be Stockholm syndrome) and Elden Ring removes the issue almost completely. But Jesus Christ DS2 was awful in this regard. At least they added the mechanic where mobs stop respawning after you’ve killed them N times; I removed every single enemy from along the Smelter Demon corpse run lmao
My two cents; I’m in a very similar boat with my GF, and Outer Wilds was unfortunately a bit too slow paced and open ended for her, so I ended up completing it by myself (and absolutely loving it). Same with The Witness unfortunately. Both are very much in my personal top three though.
But to make it not all negative, some recommendations!
We enjoyed The Room series by Fireproof Games a lot. It’s an escape room puzzle box type of a deal with a really cool, slightly creepy atmosphere, and there’s multiple games out already. The games are quite linear and focused, so my GF didn’t bounce off. We’re escape room junkies and haven’t found a better digital fix. Escape Room Simulator is decent, but not quite up there in production quality.
Another fun one is the games by Rusty Lake. They’re mechanically similar, if a bit less flashy than The Room, but the puzzles are mostly fun and the story/atmosphere/music is really neat.
And yeah, Obra Dinn is absolutely our number one favorite game, but that one was already mentioned.
Well that’s pretty unfortunate. I quite liked Reddit’s “anonymous likes” approach.
I don’t personally have that big of a problem with my posts/comments being “persistent”, as I have a fairly high threshold for commenting and refrain from commenting anything too incendiary. And anyway, posts/comments, as I see it, are public and should be considered as such.
However, what I’m still a bit unclear on is the privacy of my votes/saves in the Fediverse. Should I start exercising the same caution in what I upvote or save? I understand that my home instance admins will have access to this data, but is that it?
Oh wow, this one’s awesome. Thanks!

During my 13.5 years of Reddit, I’ve used at least these, in possibly this order
Don’t browse Reddit anymore, apps or browser. If I do end up visiting via Google, I use old.reddit.com.
You can save whenever in DSR, but you can’t e.g. reload a save before you died because you autosave when you die and you only have one save slot per run.
Also, though I love DSR, I’ve got to say it’s kind of tedious to jump into for a few minutes as it’s a bit slow to get into with the loading, dialogs and stuff on startup
Thanks for the tips :)
Sure, I’ll try to remember to do that!
