Maybe I’m too poor or too young (or both), but I know exactly where everything in my home is. And if I don’t it’s because I’ve misplaced it, and the program isn’t going to help with that :(
I like Finamp, but one thing that comes to mind is if I try to reorder the tracks on the queue, it doesn’t work as expected. It moves different tracks instead, it’s very buggy.
Quick, delete this post! Nintendo has already dispatched two elite snipers to home in on your position and dispose of you, but maybe they’ll fall back if you delete this quickly enough!
From the issue you shared:
Thank you b4too - unless something new has been uncovered - which if so should be reported to us via our responsible disclosure policy - it is NOT possible to arbitrarily enumerate all media on a server without authentication, and saying as much is massive fear-mongering
Unfortunately that doesn’t seem possible, afaik. Although you could always create a zip file with a password, and share it with an open link (anyone with the link can download it, no need for account).
Maybe something like xbackbone? I’ve used it to share small-ish files and it works fine; I don’t know how much of a pain it would be to use for a group of people, but as long as everyone has an account they should be able to access files with a link.
They still have the free version (without the steam graphics), but it got the same UI changes, so it also needs mouse unfortunately.
It’s a shame they changed the UX so much. I love DF and was excited for the steam release, but after realizing you couldn’t play keyboard only anymore, I decided not to buy and just keep playing v47.05.
Hopefully they’ll add keyboard only support sometime in the future, although I know I’m in the minority and most people don’t care or even prefer the new controls.
I’m guessing that it notifies you before the cert expires, because I already have a great notification system for the server not working: I’ll always get a text from a friend within minutes asking why it’s not working :P
SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I’ve played in years!
The 8bitdo ultimate or 2C wired look like good options. I haven’t used any of their controllers but I’ve heard good things about them, and they have hall effect joysticks!
I hate it when they use a lavalier mic and hold it on their hand or tape it to the front of their shirt, leaving the wire hanging…
They’re supposed to be made to be invisible or not noticeable, that’s the whole point! Either clip it on your shirt’s neck, or use a regular mic goddamit!
(Looking at you, Climate Town)
I’m playing on shadps4 0.6.0, with the vertex explosion fix mod, and a couple of the emulator mods (60fps, disabled a couple things but I don’t remember off the top of my head).
I have a pretty old PC, 2060RTX and 6700k CPU, and other than some crashes here and there and some terrible lag/frame pacing sometimes, it works pretty well! Good enough for me at least, been waiting many years to play.
It runs pretty well on emulator, if you don’t mind donning the tricorne.
You’re joking, but my server’s GPU can’t transcode media because jellyfin transcoding only works with the new drivers, and my GPU needs the tesla-470 drivers. It is able to transcode otherwise, but not compatible with the new software.
Doesn’t work on Linux because of anticheat :/
It’s about preserving the consumption culture for the mainstream. If playing older games for free was easier and legal, more people that now only play the newest AAA garbage would start doing it, and corpos don’t want to risk that culture change, because if it gets big enough it would definitely impact their sales.
Unfortunately not many people know or care about indie games and free games like Beyond All Reason, Shattered Pixel Dungeon, etc. as is.
Paid product? I’m not sad, we already have Heroic Games Launcher for free, and it works just fine.
I like it as well, but it has a tendency to just stop working every few months for some reason. Everything appears to be in order, the folder sync is active, but it just doesn’t automatically upload anymore. It only starts working if I tell it to sync to a different folder instead. It is good otherwise though.
