go a step further who cares if hes out and about while sick your employer has you for the time youre working no more and usually less. the employer can suck a dick, your situation is probably different but if my boss was like “yo i see u gaming come to work”, id quit on the spot.

realistic has no place in video games
or if we did then we’d have to make it so the cs people run based on each individuals physically abilities and depending on where shot the blood loss would kill you anyways unless your teammate managed to bandage you get u out of fire and into a triage but by then the bomb wouldve exploded. except with realism its just a remote bomb that doesnt have a code to be defused with. if you make a wrong step you twist ur ankle and u cant walk normally anymore for that round. also you would only get one life then you have to uninstall as is life.
also footsteps cause motion sickness and its unfun and unsmooth lol. and tarkov is realistic and tarkov sucks dick
are the missions interesting or “like run and grab/kill something and come back for some lore you’re never going to remember”?
i find the latter is common in most games
