And Final Fantasy XI … kiinnddaa. Not sure if that one’s feature complete yet or ever will be. But there’s a fan server effort for it like RuneScape.

I barely know what food, water or sleep is anymore. But hey! I can turn my lights off and have them come on when sunset occurs. Or they track when I leave my apartment complex property with my cellphone so I don’t waste power and there’s no 3rd party corpo breathing down my shoulder.

Yes, I have the infrastructure setup. Shits got like 3 backups including a very hard offline 12 TB backup WD blue drive that’s absolutely purely for being nothing but backups for this server

And that’s a fair question. I’m also considering renting a VPS for this, so shouldn’t be too bad on the infrastructure part. And it’d mostly be a few buddies and myself using this.

Even if it doesn’t work out for me, hopefully this thread can be informative for others as well :)

I’d say I agree to a point. I think Cloud is what makes the storyline what it is, but at the same time. I’d agree that his character could’ve been fleshed out a bit more in a lot of ways. Especially in his relationships with Aerith, Sephiroth and Zack.

And it’s further backed up by the change you can see in him when he learns the WHOLE truth and how he does a 180 as a character.

Like for example. I genuinely like Wakka from Final Fantasy X and think he’s a great character with a lot of development. He has a genuine albeit misguided reason to hate the people he does given his situation, his firm beliefs in Yevon and to not spoil an over a decade old game his brother’s death.

Plus he has a great character development point throughout the game that lessens his hate towards the Al bhed and even sees him developing a genuine friendship with Rikku and the other Al Bhed to some degree
