this is from the AMD website, so it IS in fact an advert for AMD. I wouldn’t take it too seriously… they don’t even specify the fps target.
I’d be more impressed if this game consistently hits that fps target.
And what are the GeForce equivalents?

Looks like your card is ~4% worse than the minimum 5700, per Toms Hardware gpu chart. If it was me I’d buy the game, lower the settings, and see what happens. So, officially no but it’s so close you’ve got a shot.
I am currently playing a very very heavily modded fo4 run now (like 73gb of mods). My card handles it just fine so I would expect any 1st party game/assets to fare better.
(failing that we will probably have an unofficial patch on launch day (thanks to the 5 days pre launch))
