Asus has now made it clear if a product sent for repair will be fixed under warranty or if it'll cost ya - Let's hope this makes for a more transparent RMA process overall.

        Because they pulled all manner of sketchy shit with RMAs and I no longer trust them as a company to do the right thing. Why buy from a company that repeatedly did shady shit to screw over their customers? That’s great that they claim they’re going to fix the problem but why trust them when they’ve already lied in the past?

      All it takes is new management who want to make their mark and change everything to make things “more efficient” or “more productive” or whatever bullshit metric they come up with.

    I just sent my AM5 motherboard in to Asus for repair. They comped my shipping which was really nice. FYI, just request it and they’re happy to help.
