I mean, there have been some pretty good roguelikes that have fit the Early Access model well – low-cost, iterative development, incorporate player feedback.
But on the other hand, I’d have also said that Kerbal Space Program 2 would also fit that model well, and it just got killed off this week, had a failed Early Access.
