It also won’t log progress if the player itself is muted, found that out when I was watching a stream muted on another monitor (tab can be muted and still log time watched).

I’ve noticed this months ago and was pretty annoyed by it as well, it auto pauses the video eventually. Almost as annoying as the auto play they have while browsing past broadcasts, whenever I scroll down to see them the newest video just starts playing on its own 🙄

I can confirm that the combination of BetterTTV +auto claim + muted tab work on Firefox tho.
