They can be at first too, all you need are some bandanas and a fake parrot (some people may tell you this is not necessary, those are just typical Internet lies).

When I was much younger and CoD4 was the latest, I thought I was rather good and so entered a competition.
Everyone was crouch jumping (we called it “bunny hops”), and I couldn’t hit them at all. Left absolutely defeated lol!
I don’t have an issue now, however every time someone does it today it’s like I have flashbacks to that horrible defeat 😂
It’s all a bit of fun though. If the mechanic exists in a game I can’t be angry or hurt at someone taking advantage of it.
Yeah I’m unsure what people are saying with it being a ‘turnaround’. It’s still a mess.
Good ol’ Greg.
That’s my point. Nintendo only about to have a 1080p screen does not seem like as big of a selling point as it would have been say, 7 years ago.
I can’t wait to see Nintendo’s new underpowered console. I’m sure they won’t completely miss the mark again.
1080p?! We’re living in the future, guys!
Call me crazy, though maybe they should have included the result of these updates with the launch of the game.
It’s always going to be shitty for studios to release broken games, and expect people to be fine with playing buggy games until patches are released ever so slowly. Also the over reliance on DLC to fix unfinished games is also ridiculous.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who read this and thought, “… What? That has to be a joke game.”
I really appreciate how Valve saw the immense growth of the PC gaming market, during the COVID lockdowns, and decided to expand the reach further with the Steam Deck.
Yes they’re capitalising on it, but in the best way since the product is revered as being rather good (and not half-arsed).
If I didn’t have a gaming PC already, I’d consider it for sure.
Same here. Running on a Gen3 nvme. Certainly took the longest to get into a game and much longer now, I just can’t be bothered.
I upgraded my PC recently and have just put focus on other games, and they just run beautifully in comparison.
I launched Modern Warfare II, and there was an update to the UI that just fucked things up.
Now, in order to play Modern Warfare II, I have to: launch the launcher, scroll down to the BOTTOM OF THE PAGE to find the entry for Modern Warfare II (the game I paid for and expected to launch), to have the launcher exit and THEN launch the previous launcher for Modern Warfare II.
They literally JUST had an event, where the top prize (after collecting 1,000 souls) was an animated Ghoulie camo for weapons.
Now that camo glows fluorescent pink after this half arsed update, and nearly everyone who has it can’t even use it.
Launch MWIII and all that, brill, hope it does whatever to your sales. I don’t care. But why the hell would they mess up a separate game, which has worked fine for most of the 300+ hours I have in it?
Immediate uninstall. I thought they learnt not to shit on their fans since the MW2019 nonsense, I guess not.
I’m annoyed. No apologies for language, they’re a bunch of gobshites for pulling this.
I’d release the game on all major platforms, but make it entirely using RPG Maker and MS Paint.
They should hire me. I can come up with something twice as bad, for half as much!
Come on studios, it’s only 7.5 mil…

When I first got Pokémon Red, as a kid, I didn’t know you were meant to use Flash to see in I think it was Mt.Moon? I just kept wandering around in the dark thinking it’s a puzzle or something. Didn’t find out about Flash until I think my third play through, when someone told me or I read it in a guide (I forget which).
It’s the circle of hype!
