i only took a glance at the chunkbase so far, but kerb seems to be a 9 out of 10
a frozen ocean with lots of taigas and snowy plains
and mushroom islands so close to spawn.
i only dont like the ice spikes

for games that are single player , or games that i dont intend to play online, verry much yes.
with multi player games i struggle a bit more but i try.
😂 World of darkness titles tend to have godawfull names.
all their titles start with the name of the tabletop game its based on,
in this case its: “Vampire: The Masquerade”
the actual tille of the game starts at “Bloodlines”.
thanks to that naming scheme all their titles are fucked before they even start
they really went from firewalk to firesale
oh damn, not even a rework
this really crashed and burned in record time
i kinda expected a free to play rework with overpriced skins and a pointless battlepass before they shut down for good.
there has been a vr version that is aparently no longer supported
how unfortunate, i kinda expected something like the nintendo DS aoe games.
turn based strategy games simmilar to advance wars or fire emblem.
might have been a genuinely fun game instead of an halfassed rts on a touchscreen
but that gap has less potential revenue than a sucessfull live service gacha horse armor battlepass.
so we need to take another shot at the monetisation jackpot,
surely this time we will make it big.
did you know:
99% of devs quit before they make a sucessfull live service
the list also has morrowind and skyrim
meh, not even a legendary boss.
they should just reroll untill an epic one drops.
sounds just a tad paranoid.
the android situation is not really comparable to desktop linux.
google has a monopoly over the distribution of all apps, android has never really been independent of the playstore.
unlike desktop linux which has an established ecosystem already
they can lockdown their steamdeck & steamos but there is no point in running steamos unless it comes preinstalled.
and they cant really make the installation on other distros more “fidly”, because the package manager handles installing software.
yeah going forward all games should be monetized like those simulator games.
like “Train Sim World 5” with a total of 2.500€ for all addons
i took ubis advice.
i am now very comfortable with not owning ubisoft games 😂
i updated the title
went about as well as the release of the zune
somehow bison was the only reveal that i expected.
he was never gonna stay dead (just like heihachi)
but releasing him right in season 2 was imo way to hasty.
especialy with him being the next release right after akuma
as long as it can run steam, its a win for them.
think of steam machines, steam controllers and steam links before the the deck.
the goal with most (excluding vr) of valves hardware has been to appeal to the console player audience.
it doesnt matter who builds those things at the end, as long as they bring more users Into their ecosystem
i recently dusted of titanquest (diablo clone)
and even kinda got tqvault to run on linux (not very well though)
i also played a lot of streetfighter 6
im also pretty new to fighting games.
but from what i heared, playing arcade mode is verry diffrent from playing against other players.
especially in older games hi level cpus tend to fight dirty,
using input reading and op boss characters.
input reading cpus basicly have inhuman reflexes,
and will counter big comittal attacks like jumpins or tatsu as long as they are free to move.
so throw out non-commital pokes, untill they do something you can counter.
if its the bosses you are struggeling against,
only perseverance will help. (unless you find a move the ai cant deal with)
they are designed to take your quarters.
darksouls2 might have been the weakest entry in the souls series, but its ng+ / ascendic mechanics are awesome.
i heard sekiro ng+ is also awesome because the powerup comes less from gear and mostly from how much you improved since beating the game.
so you breeze trough most of the game entirely on your skill.
